My name is Giada Zacheo, im a student at the Lucerne School of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU D&K), currently completing my studies as a Non-Fiction Illustrator. During these formative years, I truly discovered my love for drawing animals. I focused a lot on training and experimenting with different art forms. I also deepened my knowledge in digital mediums.I speak: English, German, Swiss German and Italian.At the moment I'm working on my Bachelor project that focuses on the Freiberger, the only native Swiss horse breed.

THE FREIBERGER, A SWISS HORSE BREED
The Freiberger is one of the few horse breeds that originated in Switzerland. In this contribution, I share my personal connection to this extraordinary horse and offer insights into my family’s daily life with this breed, as well as the journey of learning and deepening my understanding that has brought me ever closer to its history and characteristics.
